Paul Koury, President
Paul Koury was born and raised in San Diego, graduating from Hoover High School in 1977. Right out of high school, he began working in the concrete industry where he acquired experience in concrete resurfacing. In 1981 Paul began his own resurfacing company, Pacific Pebbles, which specialized in the installation of epoxy pebbles and waterproof deck coatings. He eventually moved into decorative concrete coatings and renamed his installation company, Life Deck. He also developed his own resurfacing products, which included waterproof decking products, epoxies, concrete stains, and decorative coatings.Now after over 26 years in business, Paul still runs Life Deck and distributes his products to contractors and distributors under the brand name Westcoat.
